I don't sweat excessively, so I don't have that condition. I do have social anxiety. When I am in school, I am always tense and anxious. When I get small panic attacks, I can notice more reactions from the people. So I think anxiety increases the gut permeability and/or feeds bad bacteria in the gut. My plan is to have a stress free period of time, eat a diet that doesn't harm intestines, and allow the intestines to heal. Also supplement with glutamine and butyrate and see how it goes.
