Re: Waterpik : adding what can take food particles out of cavities?

Hi,

Normally the waterpik should do the job of getting cavity,s cleaned.

My shedule nowadays is a pinch of course Seasalt , with a teaspoon of trace mineral drops in the waterpik 2 times a day. In hopes of remineralizing teeth.

During the day i take some spry xilitol mints to combat plaque formation, sometimes i use a probiotic in the waterpik.

Floss with neem treated floss, and use toothpicks after meals, could look into the Schulze gum formula a winner also i think.

Since i do this my plaque on teeth has diminished almost 100%.
