Waterpik : adding what can take food particles out of cavities?

Due to prohibitive cost of dental insurance, I don't have it now, and maybe hard to take it (hopefully could do it later)

- Adding which solution in Waterpik could assist any food part stuck in cavity out? Something that could suck it out etc. and doesn't accumulate inside Waterpik.

Food (usually chicken pieces) often get stuck (like as of now for 4-days something is stuck). Using Waterpik, Dental Pik (with mirror) or floss doesn't help. Trying to avoid infection by using clove oil, himalayan salt-water etc., but they don't get out.

Heard about Hydrogen Peroxide, Baking soda though never used either for teeth.
