Bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosis) : Safe? Precautions to use...

Would like to know about the safety/precautions in using Bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosis)

- Was going through the link below, it has some precautions listed. If someone is using this for heavy metal cleanse then is it okay to use? Or some other products should be tried (Dulse, Kelp or something else)

- If advisable to use, then what must be the maximum amount for the intake (if using organic powder or capsules) and is it suggested to discontinue after the use of a few days?

- I have been doing parasite cleanse for about 2-years now, things are progressing (slow yet there is progress), feel that there would be heavy metals as well. Already taking Dulse and Kelp supplements alongwith Himalayan Salt. Fortunately, I don't have any other health complications (other than even 18 inch big parasites coming out now, candida) and have no thyroid problems as well.

It just gets too cold here (-30C) for a minimum of 3-4 months, I feel Iodine supplementation helps, and removing heavy metals is also needed.

Knowing objective and scientific facts about the side-effects (short and long-term) and precautions (links, reliable opinion etc.) would be helpful.
