Great job in completing a few days of dry fast. You can ease in to water only fast from here own. Be careful in drinking water, though. Drink a sip at a time and do not guzzle down a lot of water. Dry fasts are very different from water only fast. I have done only a few dry fasts, it helped me when I ate totally raw foods prior to my fasts, it was harder when I had cooked foods daily before my fast. Listen to your body. You do have a hefty goal, take one day at a time.
