I need some help, I am at 79 hrs dry fasting, I am feeling g very week. When I get up to use the bathroom I almost pass out. My goal was 5 days dry then continuein with 35 days of water. I broke the hard dry fadt today, I brushed my teeth and turned on the humidifier by my bed. That has seemed to help. Should I transition to the water fadt now? Is mt body telling me to stop or am I in a healing crisis. Mt vitals are all stable, I just feel extremely week.
