Re: Please advise iodine chnging personality
I think that the reality is that we all have to make some compromises sometimes for the sake of getting along with our family, our friends, our colleagues.
If it were based solely on quality and "purity" of food, then I would probably never eat out, because it's almost impossible to find things that conform to my idea of an ideal diet. Or they have some things that are good, but in combination with not so good things, and it's not always possible to get them to change the combination (or not without fuss, and possibly embarrassing the people you are with).
So I eat out, not too often, and try to make up for it by being a little bit "extra pure" at home, although even at home I also have to compromise somewhat for the sake of peace and harmony.
That's just life.
And occasionally I've found sometimes family members have come around to my way of thinking of their own volition, and sometimes I've come around to their way of thinking of my own volition. And that's good too.
