Another tidbit to consider and to help more fully visualize this idea is that a quart or liter of water weighs about 2.25 pounds. If we are mildly dehydrated and drink 4 quarts of water... and eliminate only 2 quarts of this through urine and whatever other means, we are holding onto 4.5 pounds of extra water weight. It's easy to see how and why our weight can fluctuate so substantially.

it was interesting to hear that you have read many of my posts over the past 7 years and i am happy to hear that these posts and those of others including Archus and DesertLili have helped you :).

i miss chrisb1 also, i learned a lot from him and always appreciated his wisdom and experience as well as his immense heart to so kindly help others.
