When introduced water after my dry fast I gained 3lbs in about 12 hours. It ,ales sense your body is rehydration itsself. As I continued the water fadt my weight continued to drop. I have not restarted a dry fast after water before. The best Guage is how you are feeling, are your swollen? BP plus and temp ok? If you feel you need to break the fast now than do so and feel good about how far you have gotten. If your vitals are stable and you feel confident moving forward that's great too. Are you being monitored by someone?
