Red eye blood vessels

Hello,

Is anyone know what "Blood-Vessels"
In the eyes mean
I have them for a long time
Im 24 years old
Also i have a very strong light sensitivity,I cant look straight at the sun
What the hell is happening to me?!
And sometimes i have tears coming out of my eyes..
Im truly desperate
My doctor told me that it's just something temporary
Well i have this for years
How is that temporary?!

Please anyone i need help!!
