Do you have candida?

If you have candida and you have red itchy eyes that is a common problem when having candida comming from the toxins that the candida yeast releases in your body and that your liver can't handle to detox.

Also if you are killing a lot of candida a lot of toxins are released and the same problem occurs, for me if I don't feed the candida and kill it very very slowly my eyes get less red and other problems with candida lessen too but they don't dissapear completely untill the candida overgrowth is gone.

And you shouldn't look straight into the sun, it hurts everyones eyes and can actually do permanent damage so stop that. You can squint towards a sunset but even then be carefull and don't stare straight into the sun.
