THANKS - that's very helpful! Gives me a nice perspective for understanding the big picture.

The parabens in the liquid and paste forms causes weight gain and may increase estrogen.

Many are now switching to the powdered formula made for treating tropical fish which is more pure and doesn't have parabens.

They also say it's good to work up the dosage gradually because some people have a hard time with the die off.

How did that go for you during the first few days?

That's a big concern to me because I have a lot of responsibilities and already struggling with illness and detox from ozone therapy...
