For your inflamed throat, please, do the following:
take a liter of milk, put it on the stove till it starts to boil, then, just when it starts to elevate (you need to be careful in order not to miss the moment, as the whole milk can go out of the pot in seconds!), put 1/2 or 1 lemon inside it and stir. The result will be, that the milk will separate in water and solid white mass, looking like pieces of cheese. Wait until it colds up to a room temperature, and just before going to bed, put a piece of gauze around 1 cm thick piece of the white mass, making this way a fomentation, apply that to your throat and fix it with a scarf and sleep this way.

For your main condition I would recommend that you seek a homeopathic help, but from modern (not classical) homeopathy. Good luck.
