Try distilled water. Filtered is not clean enough for long WF.
You may also need to do a series of 36 hrs fasts until your Sy in a fast become less pronounced.
Take care to alkalinize further your systems - check the pH of the raw food you eat and choose plenty of those that are 7 pH and above, like watermelon, celery, coconut water (from real coconut, not a can). Few Liver-Flush will help too.
