Once you've been on the MC, you realize the weight loss is fleeting unless you make a major change...I too wish people would post about their plans to keep it off, and for the experienced MC, how much they in fact kept off.
I think it is important too for people to realize we are not raining on anyone's parade when we ask these questions but just speaking from experience and also wanting to learn from others' experience. It's been very hard for me to keep the weight off and I find the thing that works best is eating a high raw diet. I'd like to hear what works for others, maybe I can incorporate something into my food plan.
I also don't exercise, and if I did that would probably help. If I heard people writing (besides you Pepe, LOL) about how much exercise helped them to keep the weight off, it might help motivate me to do it.
