yes, 'ringworm' is a dermatophyte and dyshidrosis is allergy to a dermatophyte. But 3 courses of Antibiotics will mess with your gut flora and this causes dysbiosis, which is mediated by dermatophytes.....all in all, standard treatment is 2 to 4 million units of Nystatin and 200 mg of Itraconazole daily for 28 days. Should kill off the ringworm and the 'bad' dermatophytes.
