Link between dyshidrotic eczema and ringworm

I have had a spot on my leg for months now. It started off quarter size now it's the shape of a softball not the size but if you cut one in half. That's the only way to describe it. Two doctors have said its ringworm no tests but the general consensus is cellulitis. I've been using Nystatin and am on my third Antibiotic I was allergic to the others. Last week I developed blisters on my hands and was diagnosed with dyshidrotic eczema. Is there a link between the two and how long does ringworm take to go away....also I thought it was odd if it was ringworm that nobody else got it and it didn't spread. Any answers would be helpful. Thanks
