Re: new to lyme, need some help from people with patience (LONG-ish)

Maybe some protein in your diet would help. Organic eggs, grass fed beef, and nuts. Coconut oil is good if you can afford it. I know what you mean about the weed and nightmares. I do my best not to run out. Nothing else works for the nightmares, period, at least in my case.

Recently I've been taking this homeopathic stuff that I read would work for Lyme called ledum30x. It is by Hyland's, the health food stores carry it, less than 12 bucks a bottle. It seems as though it has been working. I just have a few stubourne symptoms left. Google Lyme vitamin C and salt. Olive leaf extract, oregano oil, were helpful also.

Growing as much of my of my own organic food as possible has really helped. I not sure the reason, the sweat, the fresh air, or the food.

Big Pharma, processed foods, stress and full moons make it worse. Good luck and God bless

Cheers
