I have the exact same brand, but I feel like the enteric coated NOW oregano oil is even stronger. It was only effective, however, when I broke open the capsules. It was my miracle for two weeks until the fungi got used to it. I guess that rotation theory has some truth to it. Anyways, I agree with diluting it. When I break open the capsules I add EVOO.
