Re: Taking Oil of Oregano

I usually put 8-14 drops to olive /hemp seed mixture , i had strong North American Herb & Spice Co. Oreganol, Super Strength P73 which is very powerful stuff, if take that 3 times a day it is a bomb really for candida i think,and for bad bacteria. The ratio is not so important, i used maybe 4 tablespoon of olive/hemp seed oil to that 8-14 drops, and mix them really good . maybe less oil is ok too, sometimes used also lecithin in the mixture which make it even better, not sure thought.
