I dont think we will know for sure; until some years have passed. As it takes time until symptoms of the glyphosate really reveal themselves. It supposedly is the microbes of the gut that are affected, slowly we are unable to utilize certain minerals/ vitamins. So, in 10 or maybe much shorter time we may see the consequences.
For me too, hard to do 100 % organic. But as far as I can, approx 80-90 %.
The meat over here is extremely expensive if to purchase the best; grassfed, organic etc. What I have done is to cut down to 1-2 times a week maximum, smaller amounts, but highest standard like wild game.
