I'm now trying to buy albendazole, but I don't know where to get it or how much to take.......

I bought fenbendazole this morning and took one dose so far, but I read somewhere that albendazole is more systemic, and I HATE thinking that these things might be everywhere. I do have that lump in the throat that people mentioned, so I want to be thorough.
