That's what I wondered... So gross. I did a ACV enema today, but I'm just sure I'm not using enough solution- about a cup. Could I just be pushing them back further? Oh my grossness. I want every unwelcome guest out, I want newbies in, and I most of all want great health for my kids and nyself. Maybe I'll go back to the Coffee-Enema which is how the second photo came to be. Tweet
