Re: Bowel Movements after long fast

I didn't notice any mucoid plague. There was some very hard white peices that look like lumps of clay and lots of sloppy dark brown material. That was the first movement and the smell was bad.

The other movements have been more of less the green juice I've been drinking. Just experiencing lots of gurgling and not knowing whether I need to go or not.
