I have the exact same symptoms!! I'm so confused on what to do!? My family thinks it's stress related as I have anxiety which seems to make my IBS 10 times worse. Have you sorted it all out now? Or do you still have the symptoms? Please help me because I don't want to go to the doctor incase here thinks I'm coo coo.

I've never seen a worm!
I do NOT have a itchy bottom
None of my family have ever had similair symptoms
And I took ovex once a week for 4 weeks? Yet symptoms never changed.

The feeling I get is like a wiggle or a tickle which literally lasts a fraction of a second! Itll happen a couple times a day and I rarely ever notice it at night? Which contradicts everything I read on threadworms!? The wiggle is also never on my anus. It's always high up in my rectum. I also get this irritated feeling in my rectum. No idea how to explain it. It's kind of like an inflamed sensation.

What is this!?
