Thanks for replying! Actually I'm not doing The Master Cleanse and do not have the book (I might, however, do it in the future).
I just thought this would be a good place to ask about lemon water---you all drink alot of it! I am really *trying* to Water Fast to lose weight,break addictions,and "cleanse" my system.
I thought drinking water with a little lemon might help.
