Just for the record, from what i understand, Water Fasts are dangerous as the body gets almost no nutrients, whereas the solution one drinks while doing The Master Cleanser (equal parts lemon juice and grade B or C maple syrup in 5x that amount of water) offers nutrients. In addition, the "internal saltwater bathing" (drinking a quart of tepid water with 2 tspns Sea Salt first thing in morning) aids in the essential act of elimination, vital to the purpose of any cleansing diet.
