I'm surprised no one responded to this. What I know for sure is that Iodoral is pretty much Lugol's in pill form. The 12.5 is normal supplementation. But for issues, the larger doses run up to 100mg. I got up to 50mg and had foaming issues that was drowning my lungs. But I'm fine at 37.5mg plus my armor pig thyroid. I'm still looking for healing. I just found this site that goes through the iodoral doses.
