Do this and you will eventually get rid of these irritating little hungry beast called pinworms!!!! # 1 you know your own body better than any doctor ever will ...

I am 49 years young I've had pin worms off and on...Do not be embarrassed every one on the planet has parasites in their bodies! Yes even roundworms you walk in the grass bam you can get them that quick.

Do this every day for two weeks when you get up every morning start wiping down everything you touch before it touches you , Cell Phone s , eyeglasses , clothes iron the crotch of your pants also iron your undies the heat will kill the eggs , your steating wheel the car seat etc.

...wash everything in hot water dry hi heat. Wrap up the bed sheets slowly put them in dryer on hi heat leave them in dryer till ready to make bed. Wipe down your whole bathroom go put the rag in the washer

take your shower when finished rinse tub or shower out with hot water for a phew min.

Use two towels one to dry your body with when finished roll that one up put it in washer and use another to wrap your hair

keep your hand clean at all time do not pick your nose ever use tissue!!!

Ok get your swifter sweeper mop the whole bedroom and bathroom down discarding the garage where it's hot empty vacuums clean them.

You get the picture it becomes a routine you do not want to reinvest your selves believe me !

Now what I eat to keep them away

heavy garlic hummus make your own ,

pumpkin pie filling with honey and cinnamon ,

pumpkin seeds raw carrots!!!! blended into anything of your choice.

Health food store buy Wormwood Black-Walnut supreme it's fabulouse but lousy taste but it freakin works!!!! Put a phew drops in a half a bottle of water drink it down

Asians use this to rid parasites out of body!!!



Now you people with round worms I had those one time freaked out!!!! Worms do not like salt

DRINK 6 margaritas with alot of salt on the rim and in the drink

also lick your limes with salt

the next morning I had so much fluid in my system you could press a big dent in my leg and it would stay

might sound crazy but guess what
went to the bathroom
checked my stool OMG I almost passed out
there were the dead worms all sizes GONE never returned again

people watch how you kiss and love on hug your animals and quit letting them lick you on your faces ! Chow for now and free your body of these nasty lite critters
