Hi, I just finished a 10 MC, my first. Wonderful experience. As for the cayenne - it gets hotter sitting around. I would make up a 60 oz. batch every morning. Then pour it off into 1/2 pint bottles. I would had the cayenne just before drinking it. Put in a scoop, recap the bottle, give it a shake and down the hatch. It worked perfectly, without the really hot burn from sitting all day marinating in the lemonaide. Good Luck to you.
