Hi FootDoctor, My wife suffers with dyshidrosis on her feet constantly!! It's terrible and even seems to be expanding up her leg a bit. Your mention of it not being topical resonates with me as all the topical steroids, etc....she's been given have had little to no impact. However, with that said she did recently have to take prednisone to treat a lingering cough, and during that treatment her feet improved greatly! No one suggests prednisone long term, but it was enlightening. Her feet have since returned to their terrible condition. Based on your experience, how do you suggest my wife treat her feet? Thanks!!
