I know I've heard of this, but can't remember where, sorry.

But you could check out "The Grape Cure", which is an excellent, suppressed book about curing cancer and everything else by going on a grape juice fast. It's fascinating!

I bet it would flush the liver out too, I'm considering doing it:)

Have you heard of The 80-10-10 Diet? That's a great fruit diet, great book too...Ciao!
