Flushing the liver using apples alone

Hi,

I'm interested in trying to flush my liver and gallbladder using just raw, organic apples by themselves. Does anyone know of any good websites they could direct me to? I've scoured the net, but I haven't been able to find much. And just to be clear, I do have experience with Andreas Moritz 's methodology already, but I'm seeking information on using ONLY apples.

I'd be grateful for any help.
