When people are outside their upper BMI, it's quite easy to lose one pound a day.

All you need to do is stop eating all Sugar (fruit, starch) and fat (animal products, veggie fats) by lunch time. For supper, have lots of veggies.

For your body to get through the night, it will go into your own fat reserves.

But it's also super important that your body heals from hypoglycemia, and thyroid issues, and to move your lymph (garbage disposal) every day :)

You can do it! 1 lbs a day is only a few months :)
