I need some advice on weight loss. I'm aged 45 and weighing 290 lbs. I'm having most of the heart-related problems due to my overweight. Most of the doctors I consulted advised to lose weight. I tried many diets and exercises before and nothing helped me to reduce my weight. Now I'm planning to do a weight loss program in Toronto at Harvey Brooker. I haven't attended such programs before, and I'm not sure whether it will help me. It's a 9 months program and I need to know whether it is the best option I have. Does anyone have attended weight loss programs before? If so please share your experience. Thanks.
