I believe, there is a video testimony that HIV was spread initially through vaccines. Also, that, as the excerpt, that you nicely provided, suggests are contaminated with a multitude of cancer=causing fragments or whole viruses.
There is nothing natural to by-pass the body's mucosal and skin immunity (which is very effective to lessen or destroy the pathogenicity of microorgnisms, viruses included) and to directly inject these viruses into the body.
Also immunity if such can be argued exists through vaccines does not last long, whereas the immunity the body produces after a normal encounter lasts for your lifetime, and arguably "forever", since it can be transmitted also to the offspring.
