I liked glycinate and malate forms, but chloride gives me intestinal problems, diarrhea to be exact. Funny one -comes on suddenly, and then stops suddenly. I do hate swallowing so many capsules to get 600mg a day, that's why I got ionic chloride form, but obviously that won't work.
What is straight chelated form -I thought staright magnesium doesn't exist? If it does, I could swallow less pills. I ordered Advanced Magnesium by Innovix labs, because that one doesn't have stearates and other popular filler stuff. It has bysglicinate and malate forms.
