Good post. I never found citrate to work for me - glycinate is a good one, I like lysinate from Doctors Best and UltraMag from Source Naturals which is a multi blend. Straight chelated magnesium is a good choice as well.

Mag Chloride is interesting but did not work for prolonged periods, I think the chloride can disrupt the electrolyte balances over time.
