A few things to consider.
Ensure you have an ozone generator that produces sufficient ozone concentration (gamma, g/m3, %) for the flow rate you want to use. Every ozone generator manufacturer should be able to provide a performance chart as shown in link below:

Are you producing ozone from air or from oxygen?
I would strongly suggest producing ozone from oxygen. This will eliminate impurities.
Keep these things in mind.
