Yes you should be concerned. If you are putting the ozone in your body you want to make certain the ozone is pure. You also need to make certain you can adjust the ozone output to the correct ozone strength (called gamma). The one you are thinking about doesn't come with an ozone chart (this has been discussed before on the forum). The guy who makes it says he doesn't know how much ozone it produces. You need the chart to make sure the strength is right. The one you might get also has plastic parts in it that contact the ozone so the ozone is not pure. You need one with an all glass tube and nothing that touches the ozone can be plastic. The concentration you use should be between 28 and 45 gamma.
