Insomnia is caused by liver candida. Perhaps your Liver Flushing has removed a lot of it. Going ketogenic also reverses insomnia. What is your Liver Flush protocol? I have never done one but I do still have a little more trouble staying asleep than I would like. Energy is from iron and manganese and cobalt (b-12) and other water soluble b-vitamins. Perhaps your flushing removed some of these. Copper is pretty insignificant in the spectrum of nutrients.
