Big worm stuck in colon: How to get rid-off?

Seems some big parasite is stuck in my colon for the last 3-4 days. Not able to have proper BM, and the die-off effect is quite a lot. Can't eat properly also.

Tried taking extra Cascara Sargada, Senna. Also did high-enema for days including today (Coffee enema) for an hour. Still it's not going out. A few months before in a similar situation, high-enema did work.

Any suggestion, how to take it out?

Have Psyllium husk (though never took it), organic olive oil etc. in home. Regularly taking LBB, dewormer, and digestive enzymes.

Could any of these products in excess quantities like Psyllium husk, Bentonite Clay, Organic olive oil, castor oil assist in this situation?

For the last 2-days, I have been drinking apple cider (in preparation to liver flush),
could it be adversely impacting unblocking process?

Also, I planned for a liver-flush tonight (Coke liver flush, as can't do Epsom Salt flush
due to body weakness), should any Liver Flush not be done if the colon is blocked?
