Can RSO help Lymphoma instead of chemo?

My doctors are telling me chemo is my only option. I have relapsed HCV with a damaged immune system as well as a tired liver. I was diagnosed with advanced Lymphoma 3 months ago. 

Can anyone tell me if RSO could help along with diet etc ? I live in Fl there is little info down here. I'm grateful for any suggestions or advice. Thank you
