To Anyone New Here..

I have been to 6 doctors, one infectious disease doctor from a branch of MAYO Clinic..and he looked at me like I was stupid when I talked to him about all the steroids I have been on, and how I felt it pushed my parasitic infection into the disseminated stage. He would not listen. Doctors are black and white to a fault. If the tests come back negative, they think your crazy if you still feel you have an infection. I think my infection being disseminated is the reason WHY my blood tests for Strongyloides and Toxocara have come back negative. Don't trust the U.S. doctors. Trust people on this site. They care. They've been thru hell. We all have here. It may be hard to believe you have a parasite..but if your here, at this site, reading this, chances are good you are not a hypochondriac, chances are you know your body and know what is wrong. Believe the people here. They won't steer you wrong. We all care. We've all been there, and some of us, like me, are still there. So thanks to all those who have helped me, and will continue to help others battle this hell.
