Re: Atlas Adjustment Bodywork

Nice story, thanks for the input.

As I understand the technique has been upgraded the last years, with some instruments which makes the alignment more lasting. The practitioners I have seen, claims that it takes one main treatment, then one follow up and it should be done (Prob several years).

Interesting that you mentioned the readjustment in regards to bodywork. Trough things like stretching, different yoga and even ionic foot baths, I have experienced time to time parts of the body cracking into right alignments and feeling good. Then later it moves back to being out of alignment again. So it seems like a on going readjusting process.

Part of this is the detox process also. When introducing DMSA, ALA and Iodine ++ I remember things adjusting in the brain etc, which influenced balance/sight and other motoric body parts as well.

Reason I want to try this is because of the exclusive positive feedback EVERYONE that has done it testify about it. To get those main nerve cables and meridians in the neck, ready to flow and conduct more energy, has to be a good thing in the healing process I assume.

Do you have some tips on specific good Kundalini Yoga in regards to this? I am familiar with many of the arts.
