Have you done parasite cleansing and a bowel cleanse?

I found out the hard way that drinking epsomsalts gave me a flare up of thrush (candidiasis).
Preferred method these days is an Epsom Salt bath/soak after taking the olive oil/grapefruit juice mix.


Castor oil packs also dilate the bile ducts really well!

Protip: search youtube for 'molecular effects of butyrate' - really put my issues with dihorrea under control, I discovered it just this year. Bonus is it fights candidiasis and quickens the health of the gut wall!
