Should i continue on parasite meds when I have a bad throat infection / bronchitis

I have a bad throat infection and am having fever/chills cough, sore throat, bronchitis. I am wondering if I should still take the parasite meds while im sick? Or will the herxing be too much bacteria for my body on top of the throat infection? I just got off a week break from the worm meds to rest my liver, Im not wanting to go another week off meds waiting for this fever throat/ bronchitis infection to pass. Im on doxy and several parasite meds. Thanks for help!
