brain issues with RSO?

Someone I know was taking not real RSO(80%)but a type that is only 40%(or so)as many oils on the MM market are... the same results with three different sources (one was Co2 extraction, pure) This person has been dealing with just about the same issues as me Lyme, Detoxing, parasites, Iodine therapy.
takes it right before bed sometimes with TBS coconut oil swishes, maybe even pulls a little. If not before bed and earlier in day pleasant calm ensues then later headache. With dizzy blurred vision pressure in head swollen. not enough to make him stop as he tried this for a few days noticing no change then took a break. then tried it for a few weeks.. still same, month or two but reaction only changed a little.
Cannot find anything regarding this. Mostly all articles say that's not supposed to happen, the opposite! any thoughts comments welcome
