Great update. Skin eruptions are a good sign IMO, could be bromide or just other junk that is escaping. Days off to catch up is a good idea, also called pulse dosing.
For weight loss / increasing metabolism, try coconut oil. Appetite issues may be zinc deficiency.
Sleep: salt and potassium helped me loads! magnesium as well. Do not take vit B`s later than lunch time. In some people (like me) it may cause jitteriness, inability to sleep.
