It has been a week since we made a commitment to have a plan to lose weight and help each other.
No pressure, but wanted to report my one week results. So as planned I lost 1lb and waistline came down by 1/2 inch. I did not eat too many cooked meals, stayed on my fruits and veggies and eggs two days in a week.
I have not exercised at all but walked everyday for 15 minutes.
